How long does ISO certification take?
It depends on the size of the organisation, the standard and how much documentation already exists. A small organisation working to a single standard usually moves faster than a multi-site operation. We give you a realistic timeline after the gap analysis, not before it.
Does Lakshay issue the certificate?
No, and neither does any consultant. Certificates are issued by an independent certification body after they audit you. Our role is to prepare your organisation so that audit goes well, and to support you through it.
We are a small business. Is ISO worth it?
It depends on why you want it. If customers, tenders or regulators are asking for it, the answer is usually yes. If nobody is asking and you simply want better internal process, we will tell you that plainly and suggest a lighter starting point.
Can you handle more than one standard at once?
Yes. Several standards share a common structure, so an integrated management system covering, for example, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is often less work than three separate projects.
